Job Title: Medical Representative – La Roche-Posay - LDB
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
MAIN MISSION
- Implements the medical action plan to increase prescription and recommendation
ENHANCES THE IMAGE AND INCREASES PRESCRIPTION AND RECOMMENDATION OF THE BRANDS
- Visits targeted doctors in the sector and presents the brand’s products and services to increase
- prescriptions and develop a global approach to the patient
- Promotes the brands’ added value by emphasizing the technical and scientific characteristics of the products and services
- Gets to know the environment, the pathologies, the products and the useful communication techniques for promoting the products and services
- Represents the brand/the Division at every contact opportunity with health professionals and ensures they are followed up (congresses, ongoing medical training..)
IMPLEMENTS THE MEDICAL VISIT STRATEGY
- Respects target coverage, visit frequency and product cycles
- Makes systematic use of available promotional tools (sales visit aids, brochures, publications…)
- Uses all available digital and physical communication channels to increase message frequency and enhance customization
- Implements communication techniques to adapt to doctor’s needs and personalize the approach + Checks on the presence and correct distribution of the products within the pharmacies/drugstores situated near to the prescribers
- Ensures synergy with commercial teams to increase sell-out
ANALYZES THE SECTOR AND MAKE PROPOSALS FOR SECTORIAL ACTION PLANS TO IMPROVE RETURN ON INVESTMENT
- Analyzes one’s own results and those of the competition
- Implements corrective and improvement action plans
WHO YOU ARE:
- Education : University graduate (Prefer education background in pharmacy, medicine, biology, physics, physio-chemistry)
- Year of Experience : Preferably with 3+ years in medical/pharma/dermo-cosmetics sector)
- Experience: At least 3 years’ experience in the medical industry as a Sales rep or Business development specialist / Medical Device company
- Language: Fluent in Korean and Intermediate English Skill
- Other Skills:
- Marketing and Training initiative is a plus
- Computer skill proficiency : MS PPT, Excel, Word
