Key Account Manager (H&B channel) – CPD 


A DAY IN THE LIFE

Build, manage and develop long-term relationships with H&B customer to achieve the targeted sales revenue by increasing the brand’s exposure.

 

Channel Management

  • Lead and negotiate annual agreements with customers. (with OLIVEYOUNG, CHICOR)
  • Define and implement a Market strategy with cross-functional teams. (marketing, supply chain, IT, sales, etc.)
  • Identify new market trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans.
  • Prepare and present products proposals to future and current customers.
  • Handle specific sales events thanks to collected information from marketing department to enhance brand’s visibility and improve sales performance.
  • Analyze and interpret partner’s sales report to identify strengths, weaknesses and business opportunities.
  • Create and design visual concepts/contents to animate in a consistent customer path.

  • Manages intermediate agent relationships

WHO YOU ARE

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Years of experience:  min 2 up to 10 years of professional experience
  • Specific Commercial Experience
    • Mandatory experience in dealing with H&B channels (mainly OLIVEYOUNG)
    • at least 1~2 years of experience in the FMCG industry as a Key Account Manager
    • Strong interpersonal skill and data analytic skill
    • Ability to use design tools/programs is preferred
  • Language: Fluent in Korean & Business conversational in English preferred
  • Other Skills: Proficient with Excel, PPT etc.
