Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (1 Year Contract)
Step into a pivotal role within L'Oréal Corporate HR as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where you'll be instrumental in shaping our workforce. You will strategically partner with hiring managers across diverse divisions and corporate functions, driving the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for experienced hires. Your core mission will be to deliver exceptional talent acquisition outcomes while ensuring a world-class candidate experience at every touchpoint.
A Day in Life:
- Strategic Sourcing & Attraction: Spearhead proactive market mapping and robust pipeline development, leveraging direct sourcing, LinkedIn, dynamic talent communities, and key agency partnerships to attract top-tier talent.
- Expert Selection & Hiring: Orchestrate the entire selection process, from meticulous candidate screening and conducting structured interviews to coordinating comprehensive assessments and managing the offer lifecycle with precision and professionalism.
- Influential Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, strategically aligning on ideal candidate profiles and driving efficient, timely hiring decisions that meet business-critical needs.
- Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement: Drive recruitment operational efficiency by maintaining impeccable Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) data integrity, meticulously tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and actively contributing to continuous process enhancements.
WHO YOU ARE:
- A Bachelor’s degree combined with 5-8 years of progressive recruitment experience, specifically focused on experienced hires.
- Proven expertise in deep sourcing methodologies and successful collaboration with recruitment agencies, with a strong preference for experience in attracting Retail or FMCG markets
- Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities and highly developed skills in conducting impactful interviews and coordinating comprehensive assessments.
- Demonstrable proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment tools, coupled with a data-driven mindset focused on recruitment metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Korean; strong proficiency in English is highly preferred.
