Job Title: Change Engagement Manager (1 Year Contract), HR
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
You will develop and implement a robust change management strategy. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and successful integration by guiding stakeholders through organizational and cultural shifts, leveraging the ADKAR methodology and L’Oréal's integration strategy.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Change Engagement Strategy & Touchpoint Design
- Convert the integration roadmap into a stage-based engagement plan (objectives, audiences, cadence, channels).
- Define the right touchpoints per stage (e.g., announcement, transition, stabilization) to build clarity, capability, and connection.
- Translate sentiment into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Track recurring themes and propose targeted interventions to address resistance, confusion, or capability gaps.
- Change Engagement Program Execution (End-to-End Delivery)
- Design and deliver employee-facing initiatives such as: townhalls, manager cascades, workshops, listening sessions, trainings, and team activation sessions.
- Own end-to-end operational delivery
- Coordinate content production support with relevant partners (e.g., slides, FAQs, comms drafts), ensuring quality and timely release.
- Communications & Leader Enablement Support
- Support the development and deployment of leader toolkits (talking points, FAQs, briefing packs).
- Prepare leaders for key moments and support message cascades to employees
- Measurement & Reporting
- Track participation, engagement, and feedback metrics (attendance, survey responses, qualitative insights).
- Produce concise weekly/monthly progress updates (status, risks, upcoming activities, decisions needed)
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in program delivery, Change Management, Employee Engagement, internal communications, HR projects, or transformation delivery.
- Demonstrated experience delivering hands-on execution (events/workshops/training rollouts or similar) with strong operational discipline.
- Strong coordination skills across stakeholders; ability to manage multiple timelines and dependencies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication & Fluent in Korean and English (both written and spoken).
- High ownership, attention to detail, and comfort working in ambiguity and fast-changing environments.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in M&A / integration / Post-Merger-Integration environments.
- Experience leading or supporting employee-facing change initiatives driven by organizational redesign/restructuring.
- Exposure to change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR) is a plus
- Experience working with global stakeholders and matrix organizations.
