Position Summary
As a Junior Product Manager in the Luxe Division, you will be the guardian of the brand’s heritage while driving its future growth. Your role is to support the development and execution of the marketing strategy for a specific category (Skin Care, Fragrance, or Makeup). You will turn consumer insights into actionable marketing plans, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects the luxury and prestige of the brand.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Development & Strategy Execution
- Assist in the implementation of the yearly marketing plan (marketing charter) for the assigned category.
- Support the launch of new products (NPD) from conception to post-launch analysis.
- Ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints, maintaining the "Luxe" image and high-end positioning.
Data Analysis & Market Intelligence
- Analyze sell-in and sell-out data to track product performance against KPIs.
- Monitor competitor activity and luxury market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare monthly reports on market share (NPD/Euromonitor) and provide strategic recommendations.
360° Activation & Digital Excellence
- Collaborate with the Digital and CRM teams to ensure strong visibility on e-commerce platforms and social media.
- Work with the Advocacy/PR team to drive "earned media" through influencer partnerships and events.
- Brief and manage creative agencies for local content production while respecting global brand guidelines.
Commercial & Operational Support
- Work closely with the Sales and Commercial teams to ensure product availability and optimal "Share of Shelf."
- Manage the marketing budget (A&P) for your category, ensuring efficient spend and ROI.
- Prepare high-impact presentations for retailers and internal sales meetings.
- Oversee promotional material (POSM) development and distribution to top-tier boutiques and counters.

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: University degree in Marketing, Business Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Marketing (internships in FMCG or Luxury are highly valued).
- Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Language: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
