As aTalentSourcer & HR AnalyticsSpecialistwithin the regional talentAcquisitionteamyou will be responsible forsupporting the recruitmentstrategyfocusingon the future of LOréal in Latin America. At the regional level, you will be responsible for filtering the flow of candidates entering our ATS, ensuring that the most qualified and diverse profiles reach the local teams. You will act as the guardian of data and CRM integrity, facilitating strategic decision-making local teams through a flawless and high-performing database.

  1. STRATEGIC SCREENING & TECHNICAL SELECTION 

Your goal is to process the volume of applications with maximum precision to optimize the local team's efficiency.

  • Specialized CV Screening: Perform technical and curricular filtering of all applications received in the ATS across diverse functions.
  • "Top Talent" Identification: Validate that candidates meet the key requirements and perfectly align with L’Oréal’s unique cultural profile.
  • Pipeline Management: Classify and organize candidates within the ATS to provide HRBPs and Local TA with immediate visibility into the most powerful profiles.
  • Vacancy Audit: Control and update "job postings" on the Career Website, LinkedIn, and POP to ensure information is accurate, consistent, and fully aligned with our Employer Branding strategy.
  1. DATA QUALITY & CRM STEWARDSHIP 

You are the expert in charge of ensuring the ATIS functions as a talent pool for all the markets.

  • Guardian of ATS: Lead the continuous cleaning and updating of the database (managing duplicate records, profile enrichment, and form correction).
  • Compliance & Consistency: Ensure that all processes within the recruitment portal comply with L’Oréal’s global standards and data quality regulations.
  • CRM 2.0 Optimization: Implement improvements in pipeline management within the CRM to accelerate talent identification for future vacancies.

 

STAKEHOLDERS & WAY OF WORKING

  • Local TA Partner & HRBPs: You will maintain constant and fluid communication with the local Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams to align search criteria, receive feedback on screening quality, and adjust priorities according to business needs.
  • Internal Role: Your impact is measured by the quality of the profiles delivered to the local team and the overall health and accuracy of the database.

IDEAL PROFILE

  • Quality Focus: Analytical ability to evaluate professional profiles with sharpness and rigor.
  • Data Excellence: High rigor in handling ATS/CRM systems (preferably Avature) and extreme attention to detail for database maintenance.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to work remotely and collaboratively with multiple internal stakeholders (HRBPs).
  • Agility: Capacity to manage high volumes of information while maintaining absolute precision.
