HR Controlling and Planning Professional
Key Job Accountabilities  主要職務
Position Outline
 1. HC and Personel cost management (60-70%)
 Contribute to maximizing business planning though proper personel cost management 
 
 2. Planning and execution support of HR policy and practice (30-40%)
 Implementation and review of a) Compensation policy/practice b) Share & Care program to enhance employee engagement
 
 3. Number of employees: approx. 2,800
 
 4. Reporting line (Solid) : HR Controlling and Data Excellence Manager/(Dotted): HR Planning Manager
 
 
Responsibility
 
1. HC and Personel cost management (60-70%)
 
-Personnel cost management in trend/budget with timely and accurate manner.
 -Gap analysis between budget/Trend and actual and explanation to concerned parties (HRBP/Finance/BEST) 
 

 
2. Planning and execution support of HR policy and practice (30-40%)
 
The following resposibilities are fullfilled supported by HR Planning Manager 
 a) Compensation policy/practice 

 
- Participate in compensation surveys and set appropriate and competitive compensation levels based on the results of the surveys (1-2 times a year). 
 - Facilitate Year-end calibration process in collaboration with HRBP/Global/zone teams (YER Data accruracy, calibration system support, finalizing individual salary increase/bonus/WPS payout) 
 b) Share & Care program 
 -Implement of "Must Have" items set in the L'Oreal Share & Care program, taking into account the Japanese situation (including implementation of events and reporting and sharing with Global/Zone) and promote them to employees.
 -Putting in place for Japanese regulation change and labor agreement revision (36 kyotei etc)
Must Have Aspects 必須項目 
- Excellent Knowledge for MS office application especially for Excel ( IF, vlookup, pivot etc.)
- Numerical aptitude
- Experience in HR operation or HRBP experience (2 years or more)
- English (Reading and writing is essential at least)




Preferred Qualification 希望項目 
- Experience in HR planning experience (2 years or more)
- Experience in Payroll or in Accounting
- Knowledge or experience of SAP or Success Factor in HR area.
- English (Bussiness level in speaking)
