As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's future by driving strategic initiatives, optimizing our product portfolio, and leading cross-functional collaborations to achieve significant market impact and sustained growth.
Strategic Brand & Portfolio Management: Define local brand strategy in line with international positioning; oversee brand development and manage portfolio priorities for new launches and pillar products.
Insight-Driven Growth: Generate deep consumer insights and monitor local trends, feeding findings back to headquarters for new product development.
End-to-End Launch Ownership: Lead and oversee the entire process of international product launches, ensuring successful local market adaptation and execution.
Marketing Strategy & Influence: Drive local adaptation of advertising materials and strategically influence media/promotion recommendations.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Mobilize and collaborate effectively with diverse teams to support marketing strategies and action plans.
Financial & Growth Stewardship: Manage budgets, analyze financial implications of forecasts, and contribute to continuous brand growth.
Must Have Aspects 必須項目
- Experience: 5+ years in product marketing, brand management, or strategic roles, with a proven growth track record.
- Strategic Acumen: Expertise in brand strategy, portfolio management, and advanced market analysis.
- Leadership & Influence: Strong leadership, influencing, and cross-functional mobilization skills (without direct reports).
- Analytical Prowess: Robust analytical capabilities in market research, data, and financial forecasting.
- Market & Consumer Expertise: Deep understanding of local market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Language: Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English.

FMCG or cosmetic industry background
Financial acumen (P&L, expansion analysis, sales forecasts)
Knowledge of advertising and media planning.
