Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and highly analytical Insights Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in transforming raw data into actionable business insights, fostering a data-driven culture, and ensuring the seamless deployment and integration of our reporting infrastructure. You will be at the heart of our data ecosystem, supporting both global and local initiatives to empower our teams with reliable and understandable data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy and Optimize Group & Zone Reporting Solutions:
  • Actively participate in the implementation, deployment, and maintenance of global and zone-specific reporting solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and provide accurate, timely information.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements, test functionalities, and facilitate the adoption of new reporting tools and dashboards across different regions.
  • Ensure the reliability and performance of all deployed reporting solutions, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Integrate Local Reporting Solutions with Google Cloud Platform (GCP):
  • Lead the efforts to connect diverse local reporting solutions and data sources to our centralized Google Cloud Platform environment.
  • Design and implement data pipelines and integration strategies, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accessibility within GCP.
  • Work closely with Zone and local data teams to standardize data flows and leverage the full potential of cloud-based data analytics.
• Animate and Support the Data Community:
  • Foster a vibrant and knowledgeable data community by organizing and conducting training sessions on data tools, reporting solutions, and best practices for data utilization.
  • Establish and enforce data validation processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our datasets.
  • Act as a key point of contact for ad-hoc data requests, providing timely and accurate information to support critical business decisions.
  • Promote data literacy and encourage a culture of continuous learning and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Analyze Data and Drive Business Understanding:
  • Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic business decisions.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for various business units (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain).
  • Develop compelling data visualizations and presentations to effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, helping them interpret data and understand its implications for their operations and strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or Insights Analyst, preferably within a large, international organization.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio).
• Solid experience with SQL and databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms, specifically Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services (e.g., BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow), is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
