Your mission…

As the IT Application Manager, you will work in close dialogue with our Business Divisions across the Nordics, and to be their partner in managing, identifying and delivering solutions that can assist and create value for our divisions and help them achieving a higher customer satisfaction. 

 

 

You will…

  • Lead/coordinate projects/tasks such as business planning, purchasing, sales solutions, HR and other business projects
  • Daily operation of business applications to secure quality, performance and further development
  • Level 1 support and follow up on specific business applications
  • Regular stakeholder meetings with our divisions for Roadmap planning
  • Communicate with involved stakeholders and ensure adoption of implemented solutions
  • Ensure compliancy with IT security - and data privacy regulations in close corporation with the Nordic DPO
  • Close cooperation with IT Europe on rolling-out new strategic projects such as our defined “must-win-battles”
  • Use the L’Oréal project methodology and set its standard together with business 
  • Provide inputs to our consolidated IT roadmap based on needs from business
  • Regular stakeholder meetings with our divisions for Roadmap planning
  • You will be the End to End - IT owner of the applications in your scope

 

Your profile…

  • Proven track record in project management and/or application management with minimum 3 years of experience as IT Project Manager or Coordinator
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • The ability to plan and prioritize effectively with an eye on deadlines, resources and scope
  • Good knowledge of SAP (our ERP system) 
  • Technical understanding of IT issues, data integrations etc.
  • Experiences from the FMCG sector
  • Agile Project Management certifications (advantage) 
  • Fluency in English and good understanding of the Nordic languages

 

 

We are looking for our new IT Application Manager to start 1st of January 2026. The employment is permanent and located in our Copenhagen office.
