Start Dates: September 2025

Annual Salary: £24,000 per annum 

Level : Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship.   

Degree: Chartered Management Degree, from the University of West London

Tuition: L'Oréal fully covers the cost of the degree programme. 

Duration : 3 Years + EPA  

Working Day Week : 4 Days in L'Oréal, 1 Day at University   


This role will be working within our Dynamic HR Retail team.


You will...

• Manage and respond to queries in the HR Retail Admin Inbox  
• Process, prepare, distribute, and coordinate all aspects of employee administration throughout the employee life cycle. This includes creating contracts of employment for new starters, changes of contract for internal moves, long service milestones, leaver letters, supporting right to work checks, managing overpayments, processing bonus payments, logging sick notes and reference requests.
• Support our payroll team by ensuring all changes have been processed correctly and in a timely manner via HR system ready for payroll deadlines. 
• Maintain internal filing and key HR database systems (One Profile, Tamigo and Right Check). Regularly check the data that has been inputted to ensure that there are high levels of data integrity. 
• Notifying and tracking overpayments to current and ex-employees.
• Updating and upskilling our managers and our employees through our communication channels.
• Raising HR Retail purchase orders.
• Advise employees on Family Leave policies, planning and processing family leave in the system - working directly with payroll and preparing and distributing related documentation.
• Process improvements & projects: Constantly reviewing the HR Administrative processes to ensure they are as efficient and effective as possible. Support the Head of HR Retail, HR Business Partners with ad-hoc projects. 
• Team support: working in a small HR Operations team you will share responsibilities evenly and support other members with their activities, covering for absence and workload fluctuations.
• Ensure that Data within all our systems (oneprofile, Tamigo, OAPass etc) is processed accurately and maintained regularly with regular checks.

•  Interested in technology and new innovative ways of giving employees a better experience.
•  Good PC skills with an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).


Eligibility... 

  • You must NOT have already obtained a degree
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Have GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C (4, or equivalent)
  • Have achieved a BBC at A level or equivalent in International baccalaureate or other courses.
