You will
Be a dynamic project manager, with a passion for, and experience in Learning and Development. You will work across a number of areas in the learning scope, autonomously partnering with members of the HR team, learning team and the business to ensure that they help shape these key initiatives.
• Projects – a key part of your role is to manage the end to end process of high profile projects within a given budget. These projects will have a large impact on the business, and will involve multiple stakeholder management and the ability to both develop a vision and manage the detail. Management of external providers is often required. Once the initiative is in place, analysis of its performance against target, and any improvements are required.
• Overseeing and developing new starter onboarding – with support from the HR learning apprentice, you will plan and deliver the onboarding process for all UKI starters. This includes planning and facilitating the day long ‘Welcome Day’ and introducing new improved elements to the programme
• Foundational Upskilling for new starters – you will be responsible for developing and running the 3 week long foundational upskilling programme for new starters in the organisation. This requires close liaison with the business, and managing multi stakeholders at varying levels including the ELT. This part of your role requires constant evaluation and improvement to keep moving the dial and you will be fully autonomous in planning and delivering this 3 week programme, encompassing 600 learning hours
• Management and Leadership upskilling support: you will the lead on the management and direction of all UKI leadership and management upskilling. This includes identifying and registering employees for the international training offer, as well as playing a key role in the planning and execution and development of our UK led training such as Ignite – our female leadership programme. You will also be the relationship lead with all external providers. You will also be expected to add to the offer portfolio if a need arises, including sourcing the provider and supporting with content. Your leadership development budget is £250K
• Pulse: you will oversee the back end planning for our annual employee survey which involves liaising with the HRBPs to ensure that their populations are coded correctly, and liaising with the international team on the key survey milestones. You will also be the lead contact for the survey global pilot
• Budget management – You will be responsible for tracking the budget expenditure and ensuring all POs are raised, invoices processed and answering invoice queries. You will work closely with the budget holders in the team, and report the budget position to the Learning Director on a monthly basis, ensuring that we do not overspend throughout the year. This will require good attention to detail and intermediate level understanding of Excel and SAP. You will be managing a budget of £1.5M
• Country reporting – you will be the key liaison point with Paris HO on the annual country reporting, and will be responsible for tracking the key learning KPIs on a monthly basis. This requires you to work closely with other team members to ensure that the reporting is up to date and accurate
• Adhoc support to the learning team – you will be an integral part of the learning team, and will therefore be expected to participate in developing and implementing the team vision and events such as learning week, and to ‘muck in’ when needed on various tasks
o NB: This scope is not exhaustive, there will be opportunity to work in projects and across other areas of Learning
