What will you do?
As our Finance Business Partner, you will act as the key financial business partner for one of our dynamic divisions. Reporting to the Country CFO with a functional line to the Division's General Manager, you will provide financial leadership to steer the division's growth, profitability, and long-term strategy.
- Lead Divisional Financial Strategy: Drive the financial planning process (Plan, Budget, Trends) for the division, ensuring alignment with both Group standards and the division's strategic objectives.
- Act as a Financial Guardian: Ensure the strict application of the Group's financial, accounting, and internal control standards within the division to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.
- Drive Performance and Transformation: Analyze business performance, create and manage KPIs, and proactively identify opportunities for process efficiency, automation, and simplification within the division's finance operations.
- Collaborate and Influence: Serve as the financial bridge between the division and corporate functions, communicating effectively with country and zone counterparts on business performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Manage and Develop Teams: Lead the division’s finance team, ensuring accountability, quality, and timeliness while providing the support and guidance needed for them to succeed.
We Are Looking For
You are a strategic finance professional with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to act as a co-pilot to the business. You excel at translating financial insights into clear, actionable strategies that drive divisional success.
- Highly experienced in a financial controlling role, preferably within a specific business unit or division.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of a P&L and the drivers of business performance.
- Proven ability to manage financial planning, internal controls, and reporting processes.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in guiding and developing a finance team.
- Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior business leaders.
