A Day in the Life

As a Business Partner for L’Oréal Professionnel, Kérastase, and Shu Uemura, you’ll be at the heart of our Professional Products Division, building strong partnerships with salons and stylists to help them grow their businesses. You’ll:

Drive Growth: Achieve sales and distribution targets while ensuring brand equity and best-in-class execution in salons.

Build Relationships: Support 90+ existing customers with tailored growth plans and business reviews.

Win New Business: Relentlessly seek out and secure new salon partnerships, executing our brand conquest strategy.

Leverage Digital Tools: Promote L’Oréal Partner Shop, Salon Emotion, and other platforms to enhance customer autonomy and engagement.

Deliver Education: Partner with our Education teams to create impactful in-salon training plans.

Be Data-Driven: Maintain accurate territory data and use insights to forecast turnover and mitigate risks.
