The field sales VIE role is a commercial role that will focus on developing and delivering on key improvements in the efficiency and operation of the Field Sales vision for Ireland. The role will develop new efficient ways of working to help the field teams deliver operational excellence and streamline processes already employed and create new processes to help maximise opportunities. The role will be multifaceted working on systems such as Kepler (Sales Force), delivering market leading materials, supporting on commercial implementation while being a part of a highly driven, professional team focussing on pharmacies throughout the country.  


You will

Develop, improve and implement processes to support the field team

  • Develop, manage and implement efficient practices for the field sales CRM system (KEPLER). 
  • Manage and develop efficient processes for pricing set up for the field team. 
  • Develop tools to track and manage cosmetics strategy implementation. 
  • Develop tracking tools to deliver clear reporting to the field team. 
  • Carry out monthly KPI & M-1 Review, as well as quarterly diagnosis of turnover evolution and key driver and drainers. 

 

Manage daily  

  • Manage field sales materials send out. 
  • Project manage and co-own the “Canvass” book development in conjunction with the Trade Marketing team and the Field Sales Manager. 
  • Implement pricing for all categories within the field sales team. 
  • Develop an efficient returns process within the field team. 
  • Manage a database of customers and track progress.

  • Review and improve processes and share best practice with the wider team.

Sales Experience

  • Previous knowledge of dealing with a field sales team is an advantage.
  • Experience of selling within a B2B environment is an advantage. 

Excellent Communication Skills

  • Be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels and simplify complex messages. 

Systems Knowledge

  • Good working knowledge of Excel. 
  • Knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.

Strong numeracy and organizational skills

  • Strong numeracy an analytical skill. 
  • Ability to work to deadlines is a must. 
  • Highly organized, and capable of prioritizing and managing deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
