L'Oréal is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Utility Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Utility Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities, contributing directly to the success of our production processes.

What You'll Do:

• Power Up: Guarantee the quality of distributed electrical energy and fluids, ensuring a reliable and consistent supply for our operations.
• Maintain & Improve: Oversee the maintenance of facilities and utilities, implementing preventive measures and addressing any issues promptly.
• Lead & Coordinate: Manage subcontracted new work and maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to regulations, L'Oréal EHS instructions, quality standards, deadlines, and budget constraints.
• Diagnose & Resolve: Conduct permanent diagnostics, preventive, and curative maintenance, effectively managing subcontracted activities for optimal performance.
• Champion Safety: Ensure adherence to all regulations and safety instructions on-site, fostering a safe working environment for everyone.
• Analyze & Mitigate: Perform risk analyses for investments, new work, and maintenance activities under your responsibility, proactively identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
• Go Green: Contribute to reducing environmental impacts within your area of activity, aligning with L'Oréal's sustainability goals.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Contribute to EHS & Facilities team projects and initiatives, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering (or a related field).
• Proven experience in utility management and maintenance within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, fluid mechanics, and related regulations.
• Excellent project management and subcontractor management skills.
• A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• A strong commitment to safety and environmental sustainability.
