A Day in the Life
As the Executive Assistant, you will be the right hand to the General Manager of the Consumer Products Division for the SAPMENA zone, taking full responsibility for the administrative and organizational success of the GM's office. You will act as a central hub, ensuring seamless coordination and proactive communication across a dynamic and fast-paced region.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Orchestrate the GM's Schedule: Masterfully manage the General Manager's complex calendar, organize international business travel, and prepare for key meetings. You will also monitor communications to act and alert on urgent matters, ensuring their time is optimized.
- Drive Team & Office Coordination: Gather and dispatch information throughout the team, coordinate the smooth onboarding of new employees, and manage special projects like office renovations by liaising with contractors.
- Provide Seamless Administrative Support: Handle all administrative tasks with precision, from processing expenses and managing correspondence to ordering office equipment and drafting reports for meetings.
- Act as a Key Partner: Handle delicate and unexpected situations with poise, facilitate the resolution of problems, and partner with other assistants to ensure comprehensive support across the leadership team.
