In charge of clients’ training to L’Oréal Professionnel, Kérastase, Redken products and techniques.
Work with sector Business Partner to provide trainings for clients on products and services, and thus help boost turnover of the salon, through improved use of technical products and services and better sell out of retail products:
- Visit and train customers to develop their technical skills and product knowledge, working closely with the Business Partner
- Visit and train new potential client partners, in coordination with the Business Partner.
- Organize and lead training sessions in salons, in academies or on line, in line with Brand Education strategy (choice of location, model recruitment, logistics, administrative follow-up, etc.)
- Integrate and convey brand values to clients, improving in salon consumer experience of the brand.
- Train Business Partners on Brand (products and services)
- Relay Access to clients
KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
Customer trainings:
- Working closely with the Business Partners individually
- Build customized training plans for hairdressers based on their level of expertise within the KA salons
- in salons, academies, webinars… in line with Education strategy
- Conducts consultation days in coordination with Clients and Business Partners
- Access
New client’s partnership:
•Visits and trains new potential client partners, in coordination with the Business Partners
Schools:
•Provides trainings for hairdressing schools of their area
Brand identity:
- within their area
- Improves in-salon and adapts to brand standards
- in seminars, trainings (classroom, digital, webinars…) to customer and colleagues
Reporting:
•Reports on education actions, via Access and Daxium
Business Trio coordination:
•Trains Business Partners on brand (products and services)
Management:
- Coached by Education in the brands
- (in some case, into Education in brands and into Commerce with dotted line)

- transmits customer centricity skills, to develop the best tailor-made education and business development plan for the customer for 5 years and above
