As an Education Manager, you will be at the heart of bringing our brand strategies to life, driving educational engagement through seamless digital and physical touchpoints, and setting a new standard in omnichannel learning experiences across the Baltics.


Your Key Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for an Education Manager responsible for 3 Baltic countries to foster and drive efficiently the sell-out through ensuring the best technical mastery of brand products in hairdresser salons and professional stores.
  • Define local education strategy for the brands, in line with HUB Brand activation strategy and HUB education strategy.
  • Lead the transformation towards digital education internally and externally among key brand stakeholders, overseeing the content, structure, and ongoing development of online training platforms and fostering an active education ecosystem on social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook groups).
  • Deploy HUB or personalized education programs for clients and collaborators. These programs can include face to face, events, masterclasses, digital or in salon education, ensuring impactful storytelling and professional value across both online and offline formats.
  • Identify professional talents in the market, recruit, train and build relationship with PROs community. 
  • Train the technical education teams on new modules, engage sales & marketing teams around education.
  • Foster relationship with HUB and international trainers. You will also collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, digital, education) as well as external business partners – including distributors, salons, and industry experts – to ensure aligned execution and market relevance.
  • Co-create engaging educational content with brand artists, educators, and external experts in line with brand identity and market needs.
  • Strategize and tracks education performance through HUB and local KPIs, monitoring and analyzing digital performance metrics and translating insights into strategic actions.
  • Monitor feedback (qualitative and quantitative) from the field on the projects.
  • Take ownership of the education budget; ensure efficient planning, execution and ROI optimization of all projects. Track and control all related costs to ensure budget compliance and effective investment planning.


Our requirements: 

  • 5-7 years’ work experience in beauty industry, preferred solid knowledge of professional channel / hairdressing business;
  • Strong leadership skills with proven experience in successful team management;
  • Preferred experience in education: providing and creating seminars, working with trainers;
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills;
  • Strong communication and organizational skills;
  • Strong engagement & full commitment;
  • Ability to work in very dynamic environment & excellence in multitasking;
  • Proficiency in social media;
  • MS Office proficiency;
  • Higher education.
  • Knowledge of English, Russian on a communicative level is a must.
  • Fluency in Latvian is a must.
