Job: E-Commerce Assistant
Reports to: E-Commerce Manager: SSA
Contributes to strategy to grow total E-Com Sell Out & Sell in. Assists manager in managing E-Com P&L & Delivering Budget. Helps drive content optimization across divisions and countries.
KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Executes E-Commerce strategy built by Ecommerce Manager SSA amongst the geographies in which we operate
- Responsible for gross to net, promotional tool (PA, PD, Special Ops., GWP), each platform strategy & launch plans
- Ensures content optimization and improvement for all brands, divisions and countries on all platforms (pureplayers)
- Contributes to bringing the multifunctional E-Commerce team together under a clear vision.
- Helps drive the E-JBP process with key platforms.
- Helps in setting the annual Sales & Profitability target by Platform by Brand.
- Reports on monthly and quarterly sales, CR, PV, ASP, Media spend targets by platform, brand and country.
- Shares best practices to help build and upskill the ecommerce community
