A Day in the Life as the Division Training Manager, your mission will be to grow the market share for the Dermatological Beauty division's brands (La Roche-Posay, CeraVe, Vichy) through best-in-class training for internal and external staff. You will be the reference point for creating and adapting training content for both online and offline channels, ensuring consistency with our brand equity.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Training Strategy: Develop and implement innovative training plans based on market and competitor analysis to achieve business objectives.
- Content Creation & Management: Produce technical-scientific training materials for the agent network and our clients (pharmacists and dermo-cosmetic advisors), managing agency relationships while adhering to the budget.
- Digital Training: Identify new training opportunities through innovative technologies, manage LMS platforms, and develop digital content to enhance advisory and active recommendation skills.
- Analysis & Monitoring: Evaluate the effectiveness of training activities by analyzing sell-out data and KPIs, proposing proactive and corrective actions to reach set targets.

To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A degree in a scientific discipline.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- An aptitude for the digital world and an openness to innovation.
- Experience in managing LMS platforms and developing digital training content.
- The ability to interact within an international context and collaborate with various business functions.
