Job Title: Specialist – Digital Project Management

What You Will Learn:

The Digital Project Management Specialist, as a transversal marketing role within the local organization, will spearhead the influencers analytics management for L’Oréal Caribe.  The role is responsible for maximizing efficiency in advocacy and influencers efforts and will work through 1) leveraging LUSA tools to ensure all influencers campaigns are properly documented, 2) ensure all campaigns comply with audit regulations and company rule and, 3) align the division’s efforts with company’s golden rules. 

 

What We Are Looking For:

  • Documentation: Ensure all influencer’s campaigns across divisions are properly documented through Traackr (Global Advocacy and Influencer tracking platform) and Marketing Teams Channel. 
  • Campaigns coordination: Update all influencer analytics, utilizing Traackr tool to validate KPIs per influencer, per paid program and across divisions. 
  • Performance tracking: Monitor campaigns performance metrics by providing global internal reports. 
  • Compliance: Support the Influencer contract generation through divisions.  
  • Compliance: Align the division’s efforts with L’Oréal Caribe golden rules and ensure all campaigns comply with audit regulations. 
  • Agency liaison: Support the Advocacy and Influencers agencies by providing them visibility of the internal golden rules and ways of working. 
  • Data: Maintain influencer database with accurate and up-to-date records. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the L’Oréal Caribe Marketing teams to integrate influencers efforts with broader marketing initiatives.

 

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications

Education and Years of experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing or Business Administration. 

Years of Experience: Minimum two (2) years of experience in Advocacy and Influencer marketing  

Language: Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English)

Job Specific Experience/Skills:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Advocacy and Influencer management. 
  • Knowledge and skill within influencer marketing, and data driven marketing.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining client relationships. 
  • Experience liaising between business and external stakeholders (i.e. media vendors, marketing agencies, marketing organizations, etc.)
  • Experience in data analysis skills.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Ability to interact and present to the Marketing teams. 
  • Communicates clearly and concisely in English / Spanish orally and written.  
  • Excellent problem/resolution skills and an understanding of when, how, and where to escalate cases as required to meet defined objectives. 
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment, under pressure, and with a high degree of professionalism. 
  • Must be comfortable in an environment of changing technologies and processes and demonstrate flexibility in adjusting to new ways of working. 
  • Demonstrated track record of primary goal achievement, attention to detail and high level of motivation. 
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.  
  • Ability to work with other individuals and manage time effectively in delivering on activities and project commitments. 
  • Desire to work intensively at a precise level of detail. 
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Travel: This position may require traveling of 20%.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Digital Marketing certification, preferred. 
  • Puerto Rico Driver’s License.
