A Day in the Life
As a Data Driven Experiences Specialist, reporting to the Data Driven Marketing Manager, you will be a key player in shaping the future of beauty in the Central America and Andean Region. You'll work closely with marketing teams and external providers to build a robust data infrastructure, ensuring high-quality data fuels our marketing strategies. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in data-driven decision-making to drive significant growth for L'Oréal. You will be working on interesting projects, using cutting-edge technologies and collaborating with a diverse, high-performing team.
- Data Acquisition & Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive data acquisition plan in collaboration with marketing teams, focusing on increasing the volume and quality of our 0P and 1P data across the Central America and Andean Region. This includes defining KPIs, monitoring performance, and managing SLAs with external agencies.
- Data Quality & Optimization: Monitor the quality of agency deliverables, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Implement and continuously improve our Web + SEO processes, promoting a test-and-learn culture and documenting best practices.
- Data Profiling & Segmentation: Collaborate with the broader DDX team to profile and segment data for effective marketing activation. Analyze data insights to identify opportunities for improvement and adjust the data acquisition plan as needed.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients (marketing teams) and external providers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

The ideal candidate possesses a blend of analytical skills, business acumen, and a passion for data-driven decision-making. They are a proactive problem-solver with a proven track record of success in similar roles (3 to 6 years of experience).
- Business Relationship Management: Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Proven ability to leverage data insights to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
- Consumer Profiling & CLV Analytics: Understanding who our customers are, what they need, how they behave, and the value they bring to our business.
- Search Techniques: Expertise in search strategies to optimize website visibility, drive traffic through search engines, and acquire high-quality users.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
