The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Analyst (m/f/d) with a strong technical background to join our DACH Data for Operations team. This role will be instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making across key functions like Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Finance, empowering our DACH business with advanced reporting, visualization solutions, and supporting the rollout of new Zone and Global products. This role requires deep understanding of Supply Chain data and processes.

 

Your Tasks

  • Supply Chain: Leverage your Supply Chain expertise to analyze complex data sets and identify actionable business trends.
  • Data Analytics: Create and automate Power BI dashboards and SQL-based reports to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key divisions to develop tailored data solutions that generate measurable value.
  • Data Roadmap: Support the DACH data strategy by rolling out global products and performing detailed gap analyses.
  • Data Engineering: Build and maintain robust data pipelines and database structures to ensure high data quality and usability.

 

Your Profile:

  • Background: Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics) with 2-4 years of experience in SC data analysis and engineering.
  • Tech Stack: Proficient in SQL, Python, and GCP (BigQuery) with strong skills in Power BI, DAX, and Excel.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn complex data into clear visualizations.
  • Project Management: Hands-on approach to stakeholder management, project planning, and task prioritization.
  • Communication: Proficient in English; German language skills are a strong advantage for the DACH region
