A Day in the Life
As our Regional Pharmacy Coordinator based in Culiacán, you will be the face and driving force of our Dermatological Beauty brands in the field. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence and growing our business within a dedicated territory of regional pharmacies. Your mission is to build strong relationships and ensure our life-changing products are perfectly represented at every point of sale.
You will be responsible for:
- Visiting and managing a portfolio of regional pharmacies within your assigned territory to achieve sales targets.
- Implementing the commercial strategy through flawless in-store execution, including merchandising, planogram compliance, and activation of promotional campaigns.
- Training pharmacy staff on our product portfolio, ensuring they have the knowledge to recommend our brands with confidence.
- Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with pharmacy managers and their teams.
- Monitoring stock levels, analyzing sales performance in your territory, and gathering market intelligence to identify local opportunities.
We Are Looking For
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a strong background in field sales, ideally within the pharmaceutical or dermo-cosmetic industry. You thrive in a field-based role, are excellent at building relationships, and have a keen eye for in-store execution. Your potential for growth and entrepreneurial mindset are key.

- Field Sales: Proven ability to promote sales through direct, in-person engagement with clients in a defined territory.
- In-Store Excellence: A passion for ensuring outstanding brand presence, merchandising, and activation at the point of sale.
- Business Training: Experience training external partners or clients on products and sales techniques.
- Account Management: Skill in managing a portfolio of accounts to foster loyalty and drive business objectives.
- Planning Management & Business Analysis: The ability to analyze sales data and formulate effective action plans for your territory.
