A Day in the Life
As a Consumer & Market Insights Specialist, you’ll report to the Head of CMI and work across all divisions and functions to drive consumer and market research excellence. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams and contribute to shaping strategies that align with L’Oréal’s mission to create beauty that moves the world.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Consumer Insights: Conduct in-depth research to understand consumer behaviors, preferences, and trends.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and category performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Strategic Recommendations: Translate data into actionable insights to guide decision-making across divisions.
- Social Listening: Monitor brand performance, identify emerging trends, and gather real-time consumer feedback by social listening tools and digital analytics platforms
- Data Visualization & Storytelling: Create impactful dashboards and present complex insights in a clear, concise, and engaging manner for diverse audiences
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and digital teams to ensure insights are integrated into business strategies.
- Innovation: Leverage advanced tools and methodologies to enhance research capabilities and deliver impactful results.
We Are Looking For
You’re a great match if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in consumer insights, market research, or a similar analytical role, preferably within the beauty, FMCG, or luxury goods sectors
- Proficiency in Ukrainian and English (written and spoken).
- Strong skills in data analysis, consumer insights, market research, strategic thinking, and communication.
- A passion for understanding consumer behavior and driving data-driven strategies.
- Demonstrated understanding and experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and methodologies for enhanced data analysis, predictive modeling, or consumer sentiment analysis.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process automatization within data collection, analysis, and reporting to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- A natural curiosity for consumer behavior, market dynamics, and emerging trends, coupled with a passion for the beauty industry.
- The ability to collaborate across functions and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
