A Day in the Life

As an Community Manager, you will build and scale a powerful affiliate ecosystem on TikTok Shop for the Professional Products Division. Your mission is to treat top-tier affiliates as strategic business partners to drive revenue and foster long-term brand loyalty.

  • Relationship Management: You will identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with a large portfolio of top affiliates, treating them as key accounts.
  • Strategic Guidance: You will guide affiliates to create value for themselves and, in turn, maximize revenue for the brand. This includes understanding their needs and negotiating custom commission rates or exclusive product bundles.
  • Content Enablement: Leveraging your strong aesthetic eye, you will bring the brand to life for creators by providing them with compelling content, video hooks, trend briefs, and storyboards.
  • Community Building: As a primary point of contact, you will interact with and nurture the affiliate community, ensuring they are inspired and equipped for success.

We are looking for a creative and social-savvy individual with a natural flair for building communities and a deep understanding of the social commerce landscape.

  • You have a deep understanding of the affiliate ecosystem, specifically on TikTok, and can quickly grasp trends, algorithm changes, and the creator mindset.
  • You have a genuine love for social media and a natural ability to spot emerging trends.
  • You are an excellent relationship-builder who loves interacting with people.
  • You possess a strong aesthetic eye and can translate brand identity into engaging content concepts.
  • You are a skilled negotiator, comfortable discussing commercial terms to create win-win partnerships.
