A Day in the Life
As our Business Planner, you will be the key player in our commercial forecast process, ensuring its accuracy and quality. You will collaborate closely with Key Account Managers, Channel Heads, Demand Planning, and Sales Controlling to build a multi-channel and multi-brand vision, becoming the ambassador for the commercial forecast within the organization.
Here's how you’ll leave your mark:
- Forecast Construction & Consolidation: Support sales teams in building reliable forecasts, consolidate data for a comprehensive overview, and ensure the quality of the commercial forecast across all online and offline channels.
- Analysis & Optimization: Monitor sales performance against forecasts, anticipate risks and opportunities, and challenge promotional and launch plans to optimize inventory and align with investments.
- Strategic Insights: Compare sell-in and sell-out data to analyze market trends, monitor channel stock-in-trade, and ensure sustainable growth.
- Multifunctional Collaboration: Act as the main point of contact for the commercial forecast, working with Demand Planning, Finance, and Marketing to drive alignment and integrate business planning processes.
We Are Looking For
Someone who can bring a customer-centric perspective to analysis and isn't afraid to constructively challenge the status quo. You are a dynamic and proactive leader, able to inspire multifunctional teams and build alignment across the business.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Master's degree in Economics, Management Engineering or similar fields.
- Previous experience in an analytical role (e.g., Sales Analyst, Demand Planner, Controller), ideally within the FMCG or Beauty sector.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to manage complex data; strong proficiency in Excel is a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for collaboration.
- Fluency in both English and Italian.
