This is your chance to leave your mark on a brand that reaches millions of consumers.
In this role, you will:
Drive strategy for Haircare: Develop and execute the annual brand strategy, bringing your creative expertise while overseeing the P&L to achieve sales and profit targets.
Best-in-class launch & forecasting : Lead the launch of new products end-to-end, from volume forecasting to curating a best-in-class offline experience and working with the Online Brand Manager to ensure it translates online.
Portfolio management: Determine the optimal portfolio strategy for your category, including pricing, distribution, and in-store merchandising, as well as leading planogram development.
Commercial Acumen: Monitor brand performance and work closely with Sales, Business Development, and Supply Chain teams to ensure commercial success, forecast accuracy, and market share growth.
