Brand Manager – L'Oréal Paris
Mission: Lead the growth strategy for one of our brands, with the consumer at the center of everything you do. You'll build and run integrated campaigns both online and offline (O+O), using real consumer insight and data to guide decisions. You're the guardian of the brand — making sure it stays visible, relevant, and true to itself across every touchpoint, while adapting global campaigns to what works locally.
As part of the CPD marketing team, you will:
Understand the consumer, use the data
• Build a long-term, data-driven strategy for the brand — not just plans, but real recommendations backed by consumer, competitor and market insight.
• Dig into consumer behavior, trends and data (Nielsen, market share reports, social listening tools, etc.) to spot opportunities before others do.
• Track what's working, measure ROI, and adjust fast
Own the product, end to end
• Drive new launches and keep our core products growing — from the first idea to the shelf.
• Keep an eye on product performance and be ready to pivot when the market shifts.
Bring the brand to life, everywhere (O+O)
• Design the full marketing mix — online and offline — together with E-commerce and CMI.
• Adapt global campaigns to make sense locally: visuals, digital content, in-store materials — all built with agency support.
• Make sure the brand feels consistent, whether someone sees it online, in a store, or on social media.
Make it happen, together
• Work closely with other teams, agencies and global marketing to shape a strategy that actually delivers.
• Build strong relationships with key partners — Digital, E-commerce, Category teams, Demand Planning — and keep everyone aligned on the same goals.
How we'll measure success: Market share, brand equity, sales vs. budget, profitability vs. budget, and campaign ROI.
You could be a great fit if you:
Have at least 3 years of experience in Brand or Product Management, ideally in FMCG, where strong brands and fast decisions are part of daily life. You're genuinely curious about new marketing tools and like putting them to use. On top of that, you:
• Have led data-driven brands and are comfortable digging into market data yourself.
• Are used to working internationally and don't mind a bit of complexity.
• Believe in digital and e-commerce, and want to keep growing your skills there.
• Have managed sizeable media budgets and juggled several campaigns at once.
• Bring strong leadership and strategic thinking to the table.
• Aren't afraid to push back and challenge how things are usually done.
• Know how to turn a consumer insight into a great idea people remember.
• Have a natural sense for beauty and creativity.
• Speak fluent English and Polish.
And beyond the job itself, you are:
• You. Genuinely yourself — we value diversity, so you'll feel at home here.
• Entrepreneurial. You spot opportunities others miss.
• Ambitious. You want to succeed, and we'll back you all the way.
• A team player. You know nothing great gets built alone.
• Open-minded. New ideas — even the unconventional ones — excite you.
• Agile. You move fast and adapt when things change.
What we offer:
• A friendly, dynamic team in a diverse environment, at the heart of the beauty industry.
• Real opportunities to grow, across teams and functions.
• A learning culture — because #Learningneverstops.
• A great office right in the center of Warsaw.
• Solid benefits: sports card, private healthcare, life insurance, pension plan, staff discounts and product allocations.
• An annual bonus.
• Chances to get involved in sports and CSR initiatives.
We welcome candidates with disabilities.
