BRAND ACTIVATION INTERN COLOR WOW

As a Brand Activation Intern, you will play a hands-on role in bringing our brand to life across various touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth and deliver memorable consumer experiences.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Execute Trade Marketing Initiatives: Support the implementation of the trade marketing strategy to boost brand growth in close collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams.
• Coordinate Activation Plans: Co-lead the translation of our marketing strategy into impactful, consumer-centric annual activation plans. You will help track commercial targets andmonitorthe dedicated activation budget.
• Manage Brand Promotional Levers: Select and deploy brand tools, gifts, samples, and assets. Partner with Sales to create growth-driving tools.
• 360-Degree Collaboration: Act as a key connector between Marketing, Sales, E-commerce, and external creative agencies to ensure seamless consumer activations both in-salon and in selective retail.
• Drive Material Creation: Oversee the development of point-of-sale and online marketing materials, ensuring they align perfectly with the marketing calendar and brand guidelines.
