Artwork Specialist
We are looking for a highly motivated Artwork Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will properly manage the process of adopting context for our four markets (Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia) the international artworks of the assigned portfolio, ensuring a smooth transition to the new labeling.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Driving the artwork creation, new labeling, product information update
- Anticipating new SKUs to be launched in the market and/or new renovations
- Highlighting innovation and product differentiation on pack.
- Applying projecet management approach on demanding renovations
- Co Creating master artwork with respective Brand Management Community before mass roll out
- Understanding the nature of all our metier (Skin, Hair, Make Up) ensuring brand consistency on pack
- Finding smart solutions to minimize stickering
To be successful on this role you have to have:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience or internship in a labeling, products information updates.
- Fluent English and Polish
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
