A Day in the Life
As the Aesop SAPMENA Amenities & Partnerships Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and elevating the brand image of Aesop across the dynamic SAPMENA region. You'll be at the heart of our strategy, focusing on luxury amenities, wholesale channels, and impactful brand partnerships that bring our unique brand ethos to life.
In this role, you will:
- Drive Strategic Growth: Develop and implement the strategic framework for our wholesale and amenities business, manage key global and zone accounts, and lead new market entry from planning to execution.
- Lead Marketing & Communications: Champion all PR, Communications, and Advocacy & Influence (A&I) initiatives across SAPMENA markets, while supporting product category and campaign execution in the SEA region.
- Cultivate Brand Partnerships: Identify and manage culturally aligned partnerships that enhance our brand narrative, including collaborations in the art world and pioneering brand projects like the Aesop Queer Library.
- Influence and Collaborate: Work closely with DMI, creative teams, and local markets to ensure seamless communication and execution of brand strategies.
We Are Looking For
We are looking for a brand guardian and a natural connector to drive the appropriate growth of Aesop's business development channels across SAPMENA. Reporting to the Aesop SAPMENA Head of Marketing, you will be dedicated to building strong, meaningful relationships with a wide spectrum of key account customers, including high-end amenity and corporate partners. Your purpose is to build brand awareness and drive continued growth in a way that is always aligned with Aesop’s unique brand positioning, philosophy, and business plans. You are someone who can also skillfully connect and engage with relevant retail, PR, and customer communities as opportunities arise.
To be a great fit for this role, you have:
- A deep appreciation for the luxury landscape, with experience managing premium goods, preferably within multi-brand distribution channels.
- Exceptional account management skills, with a talent for building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and driving growth.
- A proactive and independent mindset, combined with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to build compelling, strategic growth plans.
- A strategic vision that allows you to understand the long-term brand impact of every decision.
- Relevant experience in Marketing, Business Development, Partnerships, or the Hotel/F&B industry, which will be a distinct advantage.
