You'll have the opportunity to work alongside the Legal Department team in the Corporate Division, gaining insight into their support strategies.  Specifically, your activities will include:

Main Mission:

*   Managing civil and commercial contracting processes

*   Participating in compliance management activities using management software and document archiving

*   GDPR (supporting compliance activities, risk assessment, report writing, and participating in conference calls and projects)

*   Marketing agreements (testimonials, co-marketing, influencers, various partnerships, etc.)

*   Advertising communication (supporting the validation of advertising claims and risk assessment)

*   Supporting compliance with the regulatory framework for corruption prevention

*   Supporting the resolution of competition issues (competition law)
