This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to discover raw materials purchasing and the makeup business at the world's leading cosmetics company. A variety of topics surrounding the core mission, with numerous interactions both internally and externally!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Securing Makeup Launch Needs in Europe:
- Conduct risk analyses on raw materials to ensure the success of launches and renovations.
- Initiate securitization actions with suppliers and oversee follow-ups.
- Calculate formula costings for launches and propose levers to enhance economic performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Business Team, Category Team, Factories, Technical Development, R&I) and external stakeholders (suppliers).
- Negotiate and validate supply conditions between suppliers and factories, where applicable.
2. Contributing to Factory Performance:
- Support financial performance monitoring through portfolio analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with financial exercises.
- Manage industrial projects in collaboration with European factories (e.g., ergonomics or other operational improvements).
3. Building and Animating a Business Team Buyer’s Handbook:
- Formalize and harmonize purchasing practices to ensure consistency across units.
- Support onboarding of newcomers by standardizing working methods.
- Identify and propose best practices to improve relevance and efficiency.
- Enhance project monitoring tools (Excel/Power BI).

What do you need to apply?
- You are a student with a master’s degree in engineering School or Business / University.
- You are looking for an apprenticeship of 12 months
- You can provide an apprenticeship agreement issued by your school.

If your application is selected, you will be invited to a telephone interview with a recruiter. This is an exploratory discussion to get to know you better and identify the job, the field, the division that best fits with your profile.
Last step if the exploratory interview is positive: you will have the opportunity to meet your potential future manager for a second and final interview to discuss the missions you will be given.
