Job description:

• Design Intuitive Interfaces: Create user-friendly interfaces for our Industry 4.0 web and mobile apps, impacting how operators interact with technology.
• Understand User Needs: Conduct user research, translating operator needs into effective design solutions that simplify their workflows.
• Build Interactive Prototypes: Develop interactive prototypes to test and refine designs with user feedback, ensuring valuable solutions.
• Shape Industry 4.0's Visual Identity: Define the visual language of L'Oréal's Industry 4.0, crafting a compelling aesthetic for our manufacturing revolution.
• Create a Design System: Build a design system for consistency and scalability across applications, streamlining design and development.

Your profile:

You are a student:

• With a master’s degree in Engineering or Business School / University. 
• Looking for a one-year apprenticeship. 
• Able to provide an apprenticeship agreement for 12 months by your school.
• Fluent in English or French.
• User-centered design methods.
• Interaction and visual design skills.
• Cross-functional agile collaboration.
• Communication and presentation skills.
• Design system creation and maintenance.
• Autonomous problem-solving and independent work habits !

A 30-minute interview with a recruiter will allow you to present your personality and explore the opportunities that match your profile. 

If this interview is successful, you will then meet your potential future manager for a second and final interview, between 45 minutes and 1 hour, to discuss the missions.
