Job Summary

As a YSL Beauty Advisor, you will embody the brand's luxurious and edgy spirit, delivering an elevated client experience that reflects the innovative and trendsetting nature of YSL. You will cultivate meaningful relationships with clients, providing expert beauty consultations, personalized product recommendations, and exceptional customer service. Your passion for beauty, combined with your drive to achieve sales excellence, will contribute significantly to the success of YSL Beauty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Experience Elevation: Offer personalized consultations and build strong client relationships.
  • Sales Performance & Target Achievement: Promote and sell YSL Beauty products effectively.
  • YSL Beauty Expertise: Stay up-to-date on the latest products, trends, and application techniques.
  • Visual Merchandising & Brand Representation: Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising, ensuring that product displays reflect the YSL brand image of luxury and modernity. 
  • Operational Excellence & Collaboration: Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to sales, customer service, and inventory management. 
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized communication and follow-up. Utilize client data to personalize recommendations and enhance the overall client journey. 

Qualifications

  • O-Level, SPM or equivalent; Cosmetology related certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in a luxury retail sales environment, preferably within the beauty industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
  • Passion for beauty and cosmetics, with a strong understanding of current trends and techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Alignment with the YSL brand image and values.
