We are looking for international talent to go on VIE/International Assignment in Dubai, UAE.

About the VIE/International Assignment program:

• The VIE program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland and Monaco) aged 29 years or under.
• Please note that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking team members at L'Oréal worldwide.

So what will you do at L'Oréal Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a Sales and Operations Planning Coordinator to join L'Oréal Middle East to work on projects such as :

• Analyze and consolidate demand and stocks parameters of subsidiaries
• Ensure along with Affiliates consistency of demand transmission quality
• Analyze monthly/weekly demand variations needs and define the priorities for the production plan with factories
• Ensure consistency of factories production plan according to Demand and make recommendations in case of inconsistency. Confirm MAD plan.
• Challenge factories on their capacity to integrate market constraints ( batch and run sizes, queueing line, management of shortage).
• Be the referee on proposals to dispatch available quantities to subsidiaries in case of shortages.
• Follow up and analyze performance indicators. Make recommendations.
• Coordinate launches with all keys actors and ensure their follow up (at initial stage, and after the launch).
• Execute Weekly & monthly Shipment orders with IDC and follow up on execution between Factory and Affiliates
• Analyze Factory E&O projections and set action plans for depletion

About you:

• 1-2 years of Experience
• Previous Supply or Demand Planning Experience (Affiliate or Factory
• Experience in Power BI is preferred
