What You will Do:
As a member of the Nordics Legal Team, you'll be at the forefront of supporting our business across the region. The VIE reports to the General Counsel for the Nordics. Your responsibilities will include:
Contract Champion: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements with customers and suppliers shaping and securing crucial business relationships.
Legal Navigator: Provide expert legal counsel across a spectrum of business law areas, including competition law, marketing law, and contract law. Your research and advice will directly influence strategic decisions.
Team Builder: Contribute to the continuous development of a highly effective legal function within the Nordics, sharing your knowledge, creating innovative legal tools, and collaborating with L'Oréal's extensive legal network across Europe.
What You will Bring:
Legal Expertise: Master’s degree in law, demonstrating a strong legal foundation with knowledge of business and competition law.
Business Acumen: Understanding of business, showing your ability to apply legal expertise in a commercial context.
Communication Powerhouse: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are essential. Knowledge of any Nordic language is a definite advantage, allowing you to connect more deeply with our regional teams.
Team Player & Self-Starter: You're thorough, diligent, and thrive in a collaborative environment while also being comfortable taking initiative and working independently.
