Training and Events Coordinator (m/f)

in our Professional Products Division

Fixed-term Contract with Possibility of Extension


As a Training and Events Coordinator, you will be part of Professional Products Division Adria-Balkan Team based in Sofia and report to the Division’s Salon Development Expert. The job consists of a combination of operational and strategic responsibilities, of which the balance must be further developed as you grow into the role and gain more experience while being responsible for:

  • Organizing and coordinating educations in and out of the Academy 
  • Organizing and coordinating events
  • Creating purchase orders, monitoring the budget and expenditure (billing, client payments and etc.)
  • Handling invitations for training courses and seminars
  • Handling administrative relations with service providers
  • Ensuring the reliability of the database for service providers and/or participants in trainings
  • Taking care of the Academy
  • Ordering products for the Academy and clients
  • Welcoming and assisting guests of the Academy during seminars and events
  • Completing monthly KPI reports
  • Coordinating Access international meetings 
  • Driving Access content selection, validation, upload, user registration and Education team activity reporting in Access. 
  • Ensuring consistent drive to Access platform and promoting its content
  • Transforming and implementing the Online+Offline Education strategy
  • Taking care of all administrative and technical assistance: calendar management, organization of business travel, entering receipts for expenses, processing mails.
  • Tracking payments for education program with our logistic partner

  • Holds a high school diploma at a minimum
  • Has up to 2 years of experience 
  • Is open-minded and ready for a challenge
  • Is good at multitasking and prioritizing between tasks
  • Is proactive
  • Has good organizational skills
  • Has advanced computer skills (Excel) 
  • Fluent in English language
