The mission:

  • Create Shopper Centric activities and stories that contribute to establish L’Oreal as the leader within pharma channel
  • Focused on building and maintaining strategic partnerships with retailers (focus on in store activities, targeting LBD category projects & our brands’ shelf visibility)
  • Create & coordinate marketing shopper activation with retailers
  • Provides Product performance, Retail and shopper insights for maximizing launches plan, focusing on in-store visibility and shopper activations (before & after launching periods)
  • Guarantees POSMs & other trade activities’ (promo packs, gift packs)  implementation in POS on time and with Quality
  • Contribute to transversal omnichannel marketing events with retailers: adapt / customize the global plan per in-store customer calendar, coordinate the brands, develop mono & multi-brands activations and monitor implementation
  • Manage budget and ROI for his/her specific Trade Marketing activities (including pitch actions)
  • Analyze retailer data after main events / marketing activations
  • Stays up to date with market, consumers & competitors
  • Multifunctional ways of working: Develop and embed multi-functional ways between Key accounts, Field commercial, Marketing and Supply

 

KPIs:

  • Adapt zone recommendations into local Activation plan & POSMs development, following local strategy
  • On time trade activities implementation, as per customers’ calendar
  • Plan & fit trade activities within annual specific POS materials CAPEX budgets

 

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Trade Marketing, account management or marketing
  • Knowledge of pharma distribution model and customer types is a plus
     Having offline accounts literacy and account management skills
  • Consolidated analytical skills, confidence with budgeting and forecasting
     Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English
