You Will
- Mainly focus on category development and Key 5P strategies (Product / Pack / Place / Promotion and People) to drive market share and business objectives.
- Support NPD Launch aligned with marketing strategy and drive business
- Utilize shopper research to develop category strategy and drive category growth.
- Initiate and Build Category project to be the category leader.
- Manage Sales forecast to align with business direction.
- Manage space and design merchandising units in the store in each channel. Align with Marketing and Regional Guidelines.
- Sales forecast accuracy
- Deliver Market share and Budget.
- Promotion Efficiency

You Have
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, International Business, Finance or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing with direct work experience in Omni-Channel (Offline + Online) in FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skill and attention to details
- Good logical thinking
- Strong in people management, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Ms office
- Good command of English in speaking, presenting and writing skills
