L’Oréal and its Operation division are looking for a new team member to join the supply chain team. As Supply & Demand Planner you will ensure the smooth execution of the planning process to guarantee the availability of the product while optimizing customer service and cost and improving the quality of stocks.
As our new Supply & Demand Planner you will be empowered to:
- Determine the stock and supply parameters according to the objectives of service rate, costs, and global targeted stock
- Manage replenishment by evaluating the shortage risks and communicating priorities to the MSL and locally
- Manage stock levels by the objectives of the country and analyze obsoletes and slow movers
- Define and implement action plans
- Decrease shortages by analyzing the causes, the definition of the action plans, and suppliers' challenges regarding the MAD dates of products that are out of stock
- Participate in the best practices improvement
- As the field expert, contribute to the improvement of the processes and information systems related to your activity and be the referent of your job in your country
- Challenge and consolidate the promotions and launch sales forecasts projected by the Sales and Marketing teams
We are looking for competencies such as:
- Min. 2 years of experience in Supply Chain or planning/analyst position
- Attitude towards best practices and simplification, process improvement
- Able to work on priorities while supporting the team
- Open mind with a good understanding of business relations
- Collaborative mindset for smooth cooperation with other departments
- Strong analytical skills and thinking. Excel is your daily tool
- Ability to work fast and reflect long-term goals in changing environment
