THE MISSION: WHAT WILL AWAIT FOR YOU

  • To ensure the correct planning process in response to market developments whilst maximizing service levels and optimizing stocks
  • Ensure logistical feasibility: exchange with S&OP team on mid-term issues (capacity, matching supply with demand)
  • Define the supply planning parameters taking account of service levels, stock levels and global Supply Chain costs
  • Plan local orders for all BQs
  • Ensure the success of launch and promotional plan coordinating availability of finished products with Retail Team from CPD Division
  • Manage stock levels (local and allocated upstream) in line with country objectives and analysis of excess/ obsoletes
  • Calculate the service level indicators and report internally and to international logistics
  • Assist flow managers in the business unit in channeling stocks between sub-contracting and sales availability
  • You will be able to build strong working relationships with multiple areas of the business such as Marketing, Commercial, Finance etc.
  • Cycle count (including checks on sensitive movements where we have differences; it also involves support for cycle count operation when stores request)
  • Transfers between BQs
  • Checks on sensitive stock movements (eg approvals of special actions to check if they are done and/ or done correctly)
  • Checks of virtual warehouses (if we have stocks blocked in virtual warehouses as a result of transfers or corrections from receptions operated by stores, we check with store staff the reason)
  • Expired product campaigns (planning, meeting deadlines, checking non-compliances, checking expired send to our warehouse) - once every 2 months

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Supply chain management, managing complexity
  • Understanding supplier considerations and key parameters
  • Advanced English skills
  • Operations insights
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, personal drive to achieve and exceed targets
  • Flexible and positive approach when dealing with changes
  • Good prioritization and analyzing skills
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines
  • Ability to see the big picture while focusing on the process and procedures necessary to produce deliverables
