To define and create the countries’ retail design & merchandising strategy in order to implement the brand image and identity in stores, to reinforce brand visibility, in line with international guidelines.
  • Develop strategy VM design and implement marketing promotion and new product launching locally & globally 
  • Plan and innovation new merchandising tools to close to the field needs and trends.
  • Understand retail business by channels and apply different VM strategies
  • Undertake the conception, development & follow-up of flagship stores previously defined within the zones
  • Quality control for Acrylic, VM material, etc 
  • Develop VM guidelines via close communication with the Commercial team 
  • Be close to the field needs and trends
  • Ensure follow-up of the budget
  • Expresses and decodes brand’s image/value & sense of purpose 
  • Understands & Integrates market specificities 
  • Understands customer path & shopper experience’s rules 
  • Leads design perspective & innovation
  • Uplifts brand’s visual identity to build customer-centric retail concepts 
  • Creates and designs visual concepts to animate in a consistent customer path, launches 
  • Defines & ensures high-quality standards

  • Education: University graduate
  • Years of experience: 3-8 years
  • Experience
    • Extensive experience over 3-8years in related field
    • Prefer to experience opening a flagship store
  • Language: Fluent in English and Korean
  • Other Skills: Superior computer skills including design and visual merchandising tools (illustration, Photoshop, Rhino)
