Job Description:

  1. Lead monthly forecast with all channels, referred to finance target, to ensure the target hitting with operation team.
  2. Monthly FO capacity planning for receiving, storage, VAS, shipment, return, to map forecast with operation capacity and monitor the demand fulfillment progress.
  3. As the key contact window between demand owners and operation team, to balance the daily activities task and business request after aligned with operation team, to ensure the SLA requirement. 
  4. Active participate in department project, to enhance customer satisfaction and to achieve the cost saving. 
  5. Routine reporting, including daily schedule progressing, posting shipping plan, monthly shipment summary and mind term outbound analysis.
  6. Other task assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

  1. Knowledge and experience of DC operation and DC planning is required, demand planning or supply planning is desired 
  2. Strong communication skills, both externally and internally across multiple functions
  3. Must have strong analytical skills and logical thinking
  4. Capable of performing multiple tasks under time constraints
  5. Skills to learn analytical tools to better fulfill the daily operation need
  6. Self-motivated, open-minded and ability to work independently and under pressure
  7. At least bachelor’s degree,3+ years or above working experience in planning 
  8. Proficient with excel& PPT
  9. Fluent communication in English and mandarin
