JOB TITLE: Specialist - Learning Management System (LMS) | BEST HR
LOCATION: Tampa, Florida

A Day in the Life

As an LMS Specialist reporting to the AVP - Talent Services & Development, you will be a key member of a small, collaborative team dedicated to centralized People Development & Learning operations within L'Oréal Corporate's BEST HR function. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our learning management system (LMS), SAP SuccessFactors, supporting the delivery of high-quality learning experiences for L'Oréal USA employees. Your work will directly impact the growth and development of our workforce.

  • LMS Administration & Support: You will manage data entry for the L’Oréal USA learning offer in SAP SuccessFactors, responding to requests from People Development & Learning via our self-service ticketing system. This includes uploading SCORM files, opening new classes, updating enrollments, pulling class rosters, giving credit to participants, and creating assignments. You will also oversee the process of tracking and ensuring stakeholders submit required ticket requests for learning hours.
  • Data Management & Reporting: You will extract data from SAP SuccessFactors and manipulate Excel spreadsheets to generate reports for People Development & Learning and HR Business Partners (HRBPs). You will monitor and audit LMS data to identify and correct discrepancies, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • System Maintenance & Troubleshooting: You will troubleshoot, track, and escalate system bugs or opportunities for improvement to leadership, contributing to the continuous improvement of our LMS.
  • Collaboration & Communication: You will collaborate closely with the People Development & Learning Center of Expertise (COE) and other stakeholders to ensure seamless learning program delivery.

We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data accuracy and a proven ability to support learning and development initiatives. You are a strong communicator, able to adapt your style to different audiences. You possess:

  • Data Quality & Analysis: Proven ability to maintain data integrity and accuracy, with strong analytical skills to identify trends and insights from data.
  • HR Admin Management: Experience supporting HR functions, ideally within a learning and development context.
  • Reporting & Business Intelligence: Proficiency in using reporting/business intelligence software (experience with SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools a plus).
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other LMS systems, and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and report generation).
  • Adapted Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, adapting your communication style as needed.
