As part of the Consumers Products Division (CPD), you’ll be playing a huge part in our mission: to democratize the best of beauty, and for us, beauty has to be sustainable. We embrace and enhance emerging trends to create the most relevant and sustainable beauty products and experiences, making them accessible to each and everyone all around the world, thanks to the diversity of our brands and their communities.  This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior National Account Manager to join L’Oréal’s largest division and build strong relationships within our customer base.


Our Division has the world’s #1 beauty brand in L’Oréal Paris, the #1 makeup brand in Maybelline New York, the #1 natural brand in Garnier, as well as NYX Professional Make Up. Beyond our four iconic global brands, we have a unique brand portfolio including among others like L'Oréal Men Expert and Garnier.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SENIOR NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER


You Will:

•    Be responsible for driving retail sell-out, growing market share & managing your P&L for your portfolio of the divisions brands in-store.

•    Take ownership of managing the brand strategies within the retailers and identifying opportunities for growth, with a particular focus on a market-share winning plan. You will also take the lead on additional account responsibilities to develop your role as a leader within the wider team. 

•    Be the key point of contact with senior stakeholders at multiple retailers across all categories and building strong relationships with your counterparts will be a big focus and is fundamental to drive the business forwards

•    Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple functions across the division, in order to execute the strongest possible commercial and brand plans in the channel.?•    Be building credible and collaborative working relationships with your customer/s & key cross functional contacts, including supply, category, finance & marketing

•    Present internally & externally, to multiple stakeholders, new business opportunities which deliver value for both L'Oréal & the customer/s, considering the impact for your team but also the wider channel

•    Develop retailer centric strategies for your customer/s; identify joint objectives and build plans for mutual growth

•    Sell brand & product propositions & negotiate commercial plans

•    Influence future initiatives and collaborations; ensuring our brands maximizes all available opportunities in store and online

•    Manage all lines of the P&L from sell in down to gross margin, retail sell out and your share position in the market and SIT levels to ensure delivery of key KPIs both internally & externally

•    Work with your brand teams to identify additional retail opportunities for the brand



ABOUT YOU


You Have:

•    Experience working as a Senior National Account Manager OR significant experience as a National Account Manager and you feel ready to take the next step! 

•    Strong communication skills – written and verbal

•    Strong influencing skills – Our Senior National Account Managers are required to demonstrate thought leadership as well as drive to execution

•    Ability to build strong relationships, both internally and externally

•    Experience in managing complexity within a fast-paced sales / retail environment

•    Enthusiasm and passion for working in a team and with multiple stakeholders across the business

•    Excellent presentation skills with attention to detail for creating sound commercial arguments
