Your role
Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with international accounts, to drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction. You’re mainly responsible for Senior Key Account Management and Turnover & P&L improvements of Senior Key Account portfolio.
Your responsibilities
- Develop, modernize and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, including the expansion of new business opportunities
- Formulate and implement account specific strategies that align with the zone, division and omnichannel business objectives to drive growth
- Drive sales activities and achieve (sell-in and sell-out) targets through effective planning and online + offline execution (joint business plans) with the division activation team
- Strong understanding of market research and (central Europe) market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Negotiate and align contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability (customer P&L) while meeting customer requirements
- Effectively communicate with customers and customer teams from diverse cultural backgrounds, ensuring clarity and fostering strong professional relationships
- Work closely with internal departments such as marketing, activation, finance, supply chain and customer service to meet the needs of the key accounts
- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving any issues or challenges faced by key accounts, ensuring prompt and effective solutions
- Regularly review and analyze account performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve customer engagement and sell-out
- Prepare regular reports and forecasts on account performance, sales activities, and market trends to inform strategic decisions at senior management level
Your competencies
- Expertise in negotiation contracts and counterparts, as well as driving sales (sell-in & sell-out) to meet and exceed targets
- Strong interpersonal skills to modernize, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage in multi-cultural relationships, ensuring mutual understanding and respect
- Strong analytical skills to review customer performance and translation to improvements/ needs internally and externally
- Proficiency in the sales of Beauty Tech appliances, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes
- Capability to develop and execute tailored strategies for each key account that align with overall division goals and market trends
Our ideal candidate
- Has at least 6 years of experience in commercial roles
- Speaks fluent English and French
- Is flexible to frequently travel to the Netherlands
