  • Define/ Drive local RGM strategy and priority initiatives
  • Responsible for Market RGM initiatives list across RGM levers (Brand Pricing, Pack-Price Architecture, Active Mix Management, Promotion Management, Trade Terms, Net Price consistency), based on largest opportunities identified and crystalized in budget
  • Drive RGM Analyses to identify valorization opportunities, together with RGM Team & cross-functional teams
  • Upskill cross-functional teams on RGM & embed mindset in organization
  • Challenge cross-functional teams in the realization of RGM activities in their respective accountability field
  • Contribute to Launches & Renovation pricing strategies, Promo & Trade investments strategies, Active Mix Mngt/ Business driving strategies
  • Conduct Revenue Management analyses with multifunctional teams, provide input to relevant stakeholders and design proper tools of RGM performance
  • Works on Gross to Net P&L for account/product specific actions to analyze offer’s feasibility


  • 4 years’ university degree in finance, business administration, accounting, economics or other closely related courses and excellent communication skills in English,
  • Minimum 7 years of work experience in the Revenue Management, Sales, Sales Analysis, Sales Finance department
  • Data savvy & outstanding analytical skills
  • Experience in FMCG industry is considered an asset
  • Advanced level of computer skills are required (MS Office)
